Session Information and policies
1. Session Fees
Client agrees to pay photographer the following; session- $50.00 (non refundable retainer) is due at the time of booking to secure your 15 minute time slot. 5 digital images are included with print release for personal use. The remaining $100 is due by the day of your session. This is payable by Check, Cash, or CC via Paypal.
Sessions will take place on April 6th & 13th at the Locke Photography portrait studio. Date can be chosen after payment. Contact me directly when you're ready to schedule your date. ([email protected]) The sessions will take place in my back yard at 621 3rd st SW Naples, fl 34117. If possible please park towards the left hand side of the driveway. I will have the garage door open, just walk straight through the back door.
2. Location
Shoot location will be at the Locke Photography Studio located at 621 3rd st SW, Naples, Fl 34117. Please try to arrive 10 minutes early. Sessions will be booked back to back.
3. Time line
Client agrees to the following delivery timeline: Complete editing time takes approximately 2-3 weeks but may be completed sooner. You will be notified as soon as your photos are ready. Photos will be uploaded to your gallery and you will receive an e-mail notification when ready. Galleries will expire after 30 days. Final selections will be delivered via digital download.
4. Rescheduling
Due to the limited nature of this session rescheduling may only occur based on the photographers availability. A $35 fee will be charged for rescheduling. Your session time slot is for 15 min. If the client is more than 5 min late all fees wills be forfeited and the session cancelled. Sessions are scheduled back to back so I will not be able to accommodate late clients as I must stay on schedule.
5. Re-shoots / Refunds
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, weather related issues, poor behavior, lack of cooperation by children or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. No refunds will be given. If the session is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice your fee may applied towards a future session. The buyer understands that by securing this time slot the Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs for that time slot and for that reason the retainer fee is non-refundable.
6. Copyright & Penalty
ALL images posted in your gallery, and to Facebook/Blog as previews remain the property of Locke Photography. While I encourage you to tag, share, and even email links to those previews it is absolutely NOT acceptable to save, download or alter those images. Until you receive your paid for digital copies ALL digital images remain the property of Locke Photography. Locke Photography remains the sole copyright owner of all images, digital packages include a PRINT RELEASE only.. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Locke Photography during client’s photo session.
7.CUSTOM EDIT REQUESTS/RE-EDIT
Should you have specific edit requests outside of the photographers normal editing procedures please understand that additional editing fees will apply, as well as additional editing/processing time will be needed.
8. Model Release
I hereby give to Locke Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:
a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;
I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. Revocation of this release is not valid unless sent in writing prior to the session taking place.
9. Liability
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
By completing this booking and payment you are agreeing to these terms.
